Note: This paper comprises of 3 sections. All questions of Section A are compulsory. There are three short answer type questions with internal choice to be answered in section B and two long answer type questions with internal choice to be answered in Section C.
इस प्रश्न-पत्र के तीन खंड हैं ‘अ’, ‘ब’ एवं ‘स’ हैं. भाग ‘अ’ के सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं. भाग ‘ब’ से तीन प्रश्नों तथा भाग ‘स’ से 2 प्रश्नों का उत्तर दें जो आंतरिक विकल्प के साथ हैं.
Section – A/ खंड- अ
(Objective type questions)
Note: Write the answers of the following questions is not more than 50 words each. Each question carries 2 marks.
निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों में से प्रत्येक के उत्तर अधिकतम 50 शब्दों में दें. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के 2 अंक हैं.
1.(a)Write any definition of political science.
राजनीति विज्ञान की कोई परिभाषा लिखिएI
(b) What you mean by presidential form of government.
अध्यक्षीय सरकार से आप क्या समझते हैंI
(c) What is divine origin theory of state?
राज्य के दैवीय उत्पत्ति का सिद्धांत क्या है?
(d) What is constitution?
संविधान क्या है?
(e)What do you understand by a state?
राज्य से आप क्या समझते हैं?
Section-B/खंड- ब
(Short answer type questions)
Note: Answer each question in about 250 words. Each question carries 10 marks.
निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों में से प्रत्येक के उत्तर अधिकतम 250 शब्दों में दें. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के 10 अंक हैं.
2. Examine the salient features of pluralism.

Critically examine the nature of Parliamentary form of Government.
संसदीय शासन प्रणाली की प्रकृति का आलोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिएI
3. Explain the social contract theory of origin of state.
राज्य की उत्पत्ति के सामाजिक समझौता सिद्धांत का परीक्षण कीजिएI

4. Describe the elements of state.
